Unlike other diet & training plans we look closely at your body type, lifestyle and goals to give you a package that is unique to your needs.

This plan includes:  Personalised daily diet plan | Supporting supplement plan | Customized full body training programme to meet your personal goals | Photographic body analysis | Weekly review & adjustment of diet & training programs.

You will need to fill out a detailed questionnaire on your current health, exercise levels & diet. You will also have to attach body photographs of your present condition so we can put together the most effective package tailored to suit you.

All information sent is confidential, and your images will not be displayed anywhere without your consent.

8 Week Training Plan costs £137


12 Week Training Plan costs £197 

Once you purchase your plan you will need to fill out a questionnaire to tell us about yourself, we will then put together your personalised plan and email it back to you.
